I went here this afternoon to cash a small cheque as advertised as a service online. The lass behind the counter spoke to me in a very abrupt manner said they havent provided that service for at least a year i said maybe they should stop advertising it then

Poor service. Not for the first time. You'd think the staff are the owners the way they talk to you. Collecting western union in My name, at my address, of my mum. But because my middle name wasn't on the form and it was on my ID they refused service. I just went to the shop around the corner. No problems there.

Went sell some gold that had been left to me by my Nan. The price they offered me was a joke considering the current price of gold. The staff were friendly enough and I don’t think it was necessarily their fault, I think it was a company thing. However went round the corner to cash converters where I got an extra £50, I don’t understand how the levels can be so different. I had a good laugh and joke with the staff at cash converters and left very happy indeed.
