Adel Post Office leeds

Essential Service. I started going to Adel Post Office because my own neighbourhood PO closed down. Now I go there because I choose to, as I find not only are the staff very friendly and efficient but also because I can always rely on my post reaching it's destination (unlike others in our geographical area). It is a busy post office but the staff are experienced so work quickly and efficiently with a large dollop of great customer service on top. This is particularly in reference to Samantha, and Graham, who epitomise great customer service at this PO.

Fantastic service! I have been going to Adel Post Office for years and even drive past another to go as I am always welcomed and nothing is too much trouble. When you have a lot of parcels to send when I have visited other post offices they frown at me but not at Adel Post Office!

I lived in Adel for 20 years and looked forward to taking my parcels every time because of how lovely and warm and welcoming they are, especially the lady who works there , Samantha! I have moved away now and its what i miss the most!!!! the best post office ever!!!!

Always friendly, fast and efficient service. Very lucky to have this on my doorstep.

Graham Dawson the postmaster is possibly the rudest most unprofessional person I have ever met. Avoid this post office especially if you are BAME.
