Managed to get a physio appointment for the weekend of the same week and they offered me excellent advice plus some pain relief outside the remit of sports massage. I've just managed to book myself a sports massage appointment for *tomorrow*, after work. Their opening hours are incredible and the staff are lovely and competent. I've no idea how they're not booked solid for months to come.

Recently had a sports massage by Gary. I'd pre-warned him that it would be 'all about the shoulders' as that is where I store all my stress and work-related micro-mouse movement knots. Knew it was going to be a sore session as I'd not had a sports massage for 6 months. It was SORE, but a few days later, I can feel the benefits - can't believe I'd managed to live with all those bunched muscles. He's got magic elbows! Will definitely book again.

Had several appointments with Iain at the Achilles Heel Clinic due to a sudden onset running injury. Very happy with the service and treatment provided by the Clinic, especially with covid restrictions making these kinds of appointments more challenging. Highly recommended.

I got an appointment with physiotherapist Iain Reid at short notice, and was very impressed. He really knows his stuff, and I felt very confident in his ability to diagnose and treat my shoulder-pain issue. He worked out an exercise plan which I will follow. Welcoming and professional staff, a pleasant environment, and a reasonable fee, I won't hesitate to go again.
