They have phoned me a dozen times in the 6 months. Every time they say they will take my number off the database. Kerry will never put me through to the manager. She phoned two weeks ago. Last week and again today. I am absolutely sick if it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Do not trust anything the sales guy tell you. Get everything in writing especially if you plan on giving them a deposit but best advice is don’t go near them. If you have a complaint the boss will be rude and totally unhelpful and you will lose your money.

After a what seemed a promising start with the owner calling to introduce himself and booking an appointment to quote/measure us for a french door installation, come the actual day of the appointment he was late - in fact he didn't even show up. We rang to see if he needed directions only to be told - no, he had been but couldn't find the house/there was no parking. We live on a walk way,- which he was aware of when booking. We asked if he intendedbon trying again to be told no he had "other places to be" Not professional and definitely not worth booking the day off of work for.

I called them to ask for a quote. A older man picked up and was so rude and hung up on me. All for calling to polietly ask whether they do patio doors. If this is how they treat people before doing business, forget about what will happen if i got my Windows and doors fitted from them spending 1000s and encountered a problem? 100% avoid

I'm putting a review on here because I've had nothing but a positive experience. Initial approaches were polite and the price competitive (I had 2 doors fitted). On the day of fitting the 2 guys arrived early, got on with the job, and took away both my old doors, leaving the place clean and tidy. All in all a positive experience.

Came over to look at the work we wanted doing. Didn't hear anything for 2 weeks so decided to call and ask for an update on the quotation. Incredibly rude and unprofessional. He didn't like the work that needed doing and just hung up.
