Excellent service from start to finish. Purchased a new front door and back door and I am very happy with them both. The installer did a great job fitting them both and left the inside and outside clean and tidy. Would definitely use them again.

I’m not one for leaving reviews usually. However I am that disappointed with this company I have had too. We have been waiting for a window for coming up to 3 months now. To be fair to them it’s not your standard window, however do not advise you can provide a service/product when quite clearly you are not up to the task. We have been given false information on numerous occasions. Promises off call backs which have never happened. False due dates. Incorrectly measured windows. The staff have not been apologetic in any way shape or form. To top it off we were advised this has been there worse job ever. Which quite frankly is the cherry on the cake. If you as a company are frustrated how do you think we feel as a customer. This has cost us extra on our extension in numerous ways. Not only in money but in time as well. I would truely recommended going else where.

i DID NOT SEE THE NEWEST REVIEWS BEFORE i ONCE AGAIN FELL FOR THE SALES SPIEL WITH THIS COMPANY. i ONLY WANTED QUOTE FOR SOME REPLACEMENT UNITS OF FAILED GLAZING BUT WAS TALKED INTO NEW WINDOWS AND SURROUNDS. iNSTALLATION DAY ARRIVED AND THE FITTERS MARCHED IN LIKE CROMWELL''S TROOPS, DUST SHEETS WERE ACTUALLY DUSTY SHEETS, DIRTIER THAN THEIR SHOES .A HUGE NUCLEAR CLOUD OF DUST ENVELOPED MY HALLWAY AND STAIR CARPETS WERE LEFT SO FILTHY, HAD TO STEAM CLEAN CARPETS AND HALLWAY THAT VERY NIGHT. THE FITTERS WERE JUST NOT BOTHERED ABOUT ANY DUTY OF CARE TO MY PROPERTY, BULLS IN A CHINA SHOP, VERY WINDY DAY DOORS LEFT OPEN TO BANG SHUT, MY PAPERWORK ALL OVER THE PLACE. THERE WAS NO ATTENTION TO SECURITY SO ANYONE COULD HAVE WALKED IN AND HELPED THEMSELVES. STRUCTURAL DAMAGE WAS DONE TO MY CEILING BUT NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT WAS MADE OR FOREWARNING IT COULD OCCUR. ACRAW SCREW FIXED TOO TIGHT AND MADE HUGE CRACK IN CEILING THEY JUST SLYLY SHOVED SOME CAULK IN THERE THINKING i WOULD NOT NOTICE. NO APOLOGY OR WHATSOEVER. DAMAGE WAS NOTICED WHEN THEY LEFT SO MADE WRITTEN COMPLAINT WITH PICTURES OF DAMAGE, TO INSTALLATION MANAGER BUT NO EMAILS ANSWERED, NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL. ISSUE JUST GLOSSED OVER IT LOOKS UGLY. THE WINDOWS THEMSELVES LOOK AWFUL AND UNFINISHED , INCOMPLETE FRAMING TOO., NOTHING LIKE THE SALESPERSON, PROMISED. WAS HOUNDED INTO PAYING BALANCE AND THEY REFUSED TO REFUND OR DROP PRICE DESPITE AND DUE TO DAMAGE DONE THROUGH THEIR CARELESSNESS AND LACK OF RESPECT FOR MY PROPERTY. WOULD NOT USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. HAD TO PAY FOR A BIG CLEANUP OPERATION, CARPET SHAMPOO, CEILING AND FURNITURE STEAM, FELT INVADED. Not even a month later the part has fallen out of window restrict'r The windows look unprofessionally done, are unfinished and have devalued my property!. Company MD ignoring emails,.. ABSOLUTE CON. EARLIER THIS YEAR.....Encouraged by these positive reviews I contacted Absolute windows, who gave me a quote for a new porch. The salesman who produced this quote in person, made a lot of promises but did not record them on job sheet. He told me an engineer would sort out any problems with alarm wiring. so I trusted him. However I paid the balance in full before installation. as advised by salesman. The fitter was here for three days instead of the two promised. There was a discrepancy between what was promised and what I was actually going to get. . The porch looked lovely but the fitter who was not an engineer, miswired the alarm. He also left a mess that needed a lot of cleaning. I Phoned MD, to resolve the alarm issue, who said they would only send electrician if I spoke to salesperson, who ignored my calls and messages. Frustrating weekend. So if you choose this company, get everything recorded and in writing from salesperson as a few things he promised were in fact not the responsibility of the company at all. so had to be rehashed with the installation Manager, who was most scrupulous and decent in his endeavours to make sure I was happy and was kind enough to send me an engineer who sorted out the problem with the alarm, after several conversations with the salesman who then edited what he'd actually promised me during consultation. I deducted a star for the issues encountered. Year later the porch door is hanging off it's hinge scraping floor and dodgy door handle needs replacing.

We have used Absolute windows, many times before and they have always done great work. From the sales, never pushy and always pleasant through the installation where the workers are professional, again pleasant and clean working in doing excellent work. Their after sales is second to none, and they go out of the way to sort out any problems. They have a great range of doors, windows, patio doors and much more. 5 stars is not enough for them and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a first class service.

Very helpful and friendly staff in giving advice and colour samples. Nothing too much trouble. The guys in the office also shared a good sense of humour!
