Overall, the facilities here look excellent, but was expecting a bit more for an $80 session. The pod you go into for a float is pretty cool. Feels a bit like a spaceship. Nice to have some instructions on the wall to know what's going on, as it was my first time floating. Being my first time, I was hoping for a bit more instruction and information around what I was to expect, how to make the experience the best, etc. but wasn't really given any. I also saw reviews of others getting a tea afterwards which I wasn't provided or asked about. Also after the float wasn't sure if I was able to hang out, use the sauna or the other facilities. I absolutely could have asked, but wasn't really in the mood post float. Lastly and the biggest reason for the 3 star review, is I've been waiting for a receipt for weeks. For some reason they aren't able to provide me one which is odd as it's very much a legal requirement. Have emailed and asked about it at my appointment, so I'm a bit unimpressed.

The staff are great, and the experience of floating was relaxing. But management is money-grubbing. I tried to cancel my membership twice now and they keep taking my money every single month. Never sign up for one of their memberships. If you already have, make sure you contact your bank to cancel payments as they'll keep on taking your money.

Love the contrast baths! They’re challenging but so good for your recovery and mental game. The normatec compression boots are amazing too and gets the blood flowing. Super friendly owner and staff too. Highly recommend!

I booked the hot and cold therapy. Loved the experience. Place seems tidy and clean. Friendly staff as well. Will definitely come back.
