Haven't had a massage in years so naturally I was apprehensive. But Andy was awesome, felt at ease throughout the whole session, he is hugely knowledgeable and multi-disciplined in several techniques. He adapted to my needs and used a blend of deep tissue and sports massage. It released built up tension and helped with easing issues I had picked up while running. I felt incredible afterwards, and have already booked in another session!

Had my first massage with Andy last week and he was brilliant. He was thorough, professional and made me feel comfortable throughout my session, explaining what he needed to do and why. I came away feeling great. Will definitely be booking another session.

Like so many people my life is a million miles per hour and I try to fit in as much varied training as I can. I didn't realise how tense I actually was, until after the DT session with Andy. He forced out all the hidden tightness, and I left super relaxed and feeling great. Highly recommend to anyone no matter what your day to day looks like.

I’ve had a sore shoulder for a while now so decided to seek treatment. I came across 365 Fitness on Instagram so decided to give Andy a try; I wasn’t disappointed! He is very knowledgeable and the treatment he provided on my shoulder helped massively. Looking forward to my next treatment!
