staff were friendly and cleaning everything..some of the users were cleaning equipment after use

Great equipment, lovely staff. But in changing room at males are a bit dirty in showers area, and this because there are some guys who are shaving their beards am shaving their legs on gym. Looks like they not have light or water home. It is really gross

Staff are friendly and kept clean and disinfectant spray bottles everywhere to keep benches clean

Finally revisited as got yearly subscription hadn't been due to covid but it's great with hand sanitiser and spray at various locations unfortunately the sauna and steam room are closed but that's to be expected

A great place to train .with excellent personal trainers who are there to give advice and help to all. Equipment is fairly new and is cleaned regularly.

This budget gym offers one of the cheapest memberships in the area when they have offers on. Originally being a fitness first chain, it has a good range of equipment with an additional ladies gym which has recently been improved to a better quality and range of equipment. The gym has a good variety of equipment and uses its space intelligently. Enjoy the benefits of a decent gym at budget price, with 3 hours access to the gym at a time, free parking and 24 hours access. Also includes a Sauna and steam room. Lastly the gym caters to fitness athletes, aswell as strength training. Worth the price, being one of the cheapest in the area!

Really enjoy here, would like the sauna open and cleaning to be more frequent
