I had a miserable experience today . Though I am a doctor who had both doses of Oxford vaccine from India and came by direct flight with a negative Corona virus test as done on 17th , but just wanted to post the self testing kit of day 2. An extremely rude lady at the Counter simply turned me away telling that they don’t accept Corona self test kits in yellow packages and tried to teach me that “ the sealed parcel ( the swab is in a sealed tube , enclosed in a sealed envelope , further enclosed in a card board box with the box in another sealed envelope ! ) is an extremely dangerous thing . OK . Her choice and her version . I was isolating in the area for 10 days and she refused to answer me when I asked about any priority post box . Hearing the m Conversation , an English gentleman in the queue went out and found out that the priority post box is exactly in front of the co op store which the post office personnel did not want to tell . I feel such antisocial people should not be allowed to run or work in such post offices esp in these pandemic times .

Never before have I experienced such inefficiency in a post office. And I have had plenty of bad experiences!!! Please also be aware that there is a shortage of active post offices in the area. Therefore expect significant queues and delays. This is truly unacceptable.
