Leonardo Hotel London Heathrow Airport london

Used as a stop off for flight from Heathrow. Staff very friendly, good standard of cleanliness. Comfortable room with expected facilities. Restaurant served good tasty meal, breakfast was of good standard and hot. Longer term underground car parking facilities were used, spacious and secure. Recommend to travellers

Great hotel. The staff was friendly and attentive. Our room was nice and clean. The AC was cold and blasting (happened to be a hot day). The hotel got us a cab to the airport in just a few minutes. I’d recommend this hotel and I would stay again without hesitation.

Nice place. Well kept and the staff is very efficient in what they are doing. It is the last stop on the hopper bus from the airport. From the hotel it goes directly to the airport. The rooms are nice. The key controls the lights in the room. The meals are tasty.

Perfect stay. Easy to find, plenty of parking, clean room with lovely shower and comfortable bed. No noise from nearby airport either. Very impressed.

Staff needs intensive training. Told me that dinner and breakfast was included if I upgraded my room to an executive king. Wouldn't cover my breakfast so had to pay another 15 pounds for a horrible breakfast. The WiFi connection was successful but couldn't use any social media or any apps with the WIFI. Hotel feels more like a motel and is definitely not 4 stars. I suggest staying at a chain like Holiday Inn or Hilton.

We had to stay here as part of the government quarantine requirements. I have to say it wasn't a bad experience the staff went out of their way to make it as bearable as possible. Therefore i can only say a regular stay has to be top class. Would definitely consider this hotel if staying near Heathrow.

While the design of the hotel is pleasant enough, the entire atmosphere of the place gives the place a sense that it's closer to a well polished B&B. The wait staff are certainly the Achilles heel of Leonardo, where I find them very dismissive of the wants/needs of the very guests they're being paid to wait on. Won't be booking here again.

Clean, comfortable and quiet rooms, right next to Heathrow.

We booked to stay here before a flight in November. 6 weeks before our flight we receive an email saying our reservation was cancelled. I sent a message to ensure what has happened and received a reply saying “we will look into this and get back to you”. 3 weeks later and I still have no response. I message again and was told that the hotel is in the quarantine list which is why they cannot have other guests stay. After looking at reviews it appears the hotel has been used to quarantine for months! So why the customer service lady couldn’t just tell me this originally instead of ignoring me for 3 weeks is beyond me! The worse part is that you can still book online for these dates! A couple of weeks before we fly and now having to try to find another hotel isn’t the relaxing holiday we had planned especially as hotel prices are more expensive nearer to the date you stay and the early offers are no longer available for the dates we fly. Very disappointed and will not be booking through again. If they had actually got back to me and not pretended to look into things then I would consider re booking in the future. Unfortunately this will not be happening.
