ibis London Heathrow Airport Hotel london

We spend a night with kids. Staff is friendly and helpful. Only given 4 because of the room. Sofa bed didn’t have cover which was provided after requesting. Only hotel provide some mobile chargers/cables but this one didn’t have any. Food was delicious and clean service. Staff was constantly on the floor over their help which we liked it. My kids were happy and so as we. Over all a great experience. 👍

I had a wonderful experience at the ibis London Heathrow. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Especially front desk staff Leonid and Sydney went out of the way to help me out with travel - taxis etc. Thank you! Will surely recommend to my colleagues!!

From the arrival to the departure it’s been a great experience. Leonid from the service department goes over and beyond the expectations and exceeds the service standards. I would also take this opportunity to thank Hilda who has also gone over and above the expectations and for her polite and excellent service. Having a good breakfast today with such accommodating staff like Joanna and Anita. I was also very impressed with the service given by Ms. Hilda at the breakfast room. Very accommodating and such a happy person. I will always choose IBIS Heathrow whenever I visit UK. Joy😍

I stay at the hotel with my partner, we had a good time,staff were very nice and polite and the hotel was very clean. Check in was done quick and receptionist was nice.We had dinner in the restaurant,the food came quick, it was very tasty and the chef came to check on us which i found really nice of him.Breakfast was great too. I will definitely come back and recommend to family and friends
