service terrific .. impossible to get not only by reception but also with a specific polite reply .. i'm on hold on another line - informing me that someone from a higher position will call me with a decision !! after 3 days i try nothing again until the handset hangs up and then nobody answers .. verbally i visit this center 3 years i have not been adopted as a decent citizen .. i always feel despised just by simply getting my doctor on .. i do not see any professional really need review staff at this establishment !!!

I am so grateful to Cheetham Medical Centre. I saw Dr G Ahmed today and she was wonderful. Dr Ahmed knew exactly which medication to give me and was efficient and quick at diagnosing what was causing my nose problem.and other medical complaints. Dr Ahmed is a kind, compassionate professional dr and i am extremely grateful to her and the other doctors and very good nursing staff including Sister Cowan

I don't always write reviews but this is beyond me, WORST service ever!! 3mths I have been trying to get get an appointment once for my child & 4times for myself. Calls are not always going through & when they do, they never have appointments staff tell you to go to a walk in centre!! What a joke!!!!

Went in severe pain and urinating blood to be told l could of ordered antibiotics over phone ? . Lack of interest no eye contact. Only when informing him about my medical history he relunctanly was picked up a thermometer to check my temperature. Changing doctors asap . Racist and dont give a ....

Service is an absolute disgrace. I am a disabled customer who is about to attend my fathers funeral. Needed help from them & Razia (receptionist) was shouting at me, lied to me & did not follow legal procedures when challenged. She was disrespectful & abusive towards me & refused to give me the complaints process & actually threatened to release call. She is an absolute disgrace & should not be working in an environment where she is around vulnerable people. I will be contacting the regulators & do everything possible legally to ensure this does bot happen to anyone else. This is not the 1st time this kind of thing has happened to me from her & will unfortunately look to move doctors now due to this bullying. Enough is enough.

Last 6 weeks, this medical ctr appears to be closed becouse when you phone to arrange a doctors appointment your in a queue that never finishes when you are number 1 the call then gets cut off. This has now happened 9 times even today. This medical ctr needs an investigation on regards to their practice. Shame on them.

Is something wrong here or is it me. Absolutely shocking, this GP doesn’t even deserve to be open. I been trying to call for days to get a appointment for my baby and no answer. I just do not understand the phone is ringing out and no answer. What are the staff really doing here. Refusing to answer the phone. It’s crazy and I’m so shocked.

I rang in at 8am sharp and for 1 hour and 45 minutes I was number 1 in the queue but my call was never answered. Do yourself a favour and register elsewhere. I’m currently changing to Collegiate I have seen better reviews of their care.

Worst appointment booking system ever. The person you eventually get through to, sounds like she hates her job. Doctors are good though, especially Dr Ahmed.

Fed up of calling been on call yesterday no appointment left called again today and it’s only 11:12 and again no appointments Left been on call for 1 hour and 35 mins and seriously yous need to fix up. lady on call joana needs to cheer up every time she picks up sound like she doesn’t want to be there not helpful at all!!!!!!!!!
