Booked a holiday through the main website and needed to change the date. Over an hour wait time on the central phone lines only to be hung up on when put on hold and 5 day wait for a reply to emails. It meant nothing was getting sorted so decided to try one of the local branches. Spoke to Haydn who was excellent, sorted the change of dates for all 3 bookings same day and overall provided an excellent service. I'll know to book through the branch to begin with in future.

Nothing but positive things to say about Crystal! The team was faced with a horrendous situation when the French Government announced that they would be closing all non-essential public places including ski resorts. This announcement was unfortunately made on the day that most parties arrived in their chosen resort. Crystal were absolutely fantastic, however, and arranged transport home for all within hours of the news and kept in regular contact throughout the process. The transport home was far than ideal in comparison to our comfortable flight to France, however when faced with the situation they were I couldn't have been more impressed with their communication, care and organisation. The reps were kind and caring and updated us all as often as they were able to. I was disgusted by some of the verbal abuse the reps received along the journey home when they were very clearly doing all in their power to help things run smoothly. Ultimately the team arranged a safe journey home for hundreds of people and have agreed to provide a full refund for the holiday - how anyone can complain about that and shout abuse is beyond me. Thank you Crystal Ski! Amelia
