What an amazing experience we had at Bella Italia! I took my class of 30 children and they had such a wonderful experience. The customer service was exceptional! We felt very looked after from beginning to end. We were warmly welcomed, greeted and seated. The menu was explained to us and they catered for all of our allergies! Tom the manager was fantastic with the children! He enthusiastically spoke to them about the food, giving them some background knowledge. Jake the chef also came out to answer questions from the children. The children were so amazed! The food was delightful and delicious! We ate a variety of pastas, pizzas and salad! They were all mouth watering yummy! My children said they would like to give them a 5 billion star rating and that it was one of the best days in their lives ❤️. We will be spending the next couple of weeks writing reviews about your wonderful restaurant! Thank you Bella Italia and Tom for this wonderful experience and opportunity! Birchfields Primary School

Had a great meal here with my family last week. Staff were so friendly and helpful, which really makes a difference when you have kids. Food came quickly and was very nice. We loved the meatballs and pasta bakes. Will definitely be back again soon.

Fantastic food, welcoming and friendly service and a vibrant atmosphere! I took 30 school children for a taster menu dining experience as part of a school project and was delighted with every aspect of the experience. The food was freshly prepared, piping hot and had clearly been made with great quality ingredients. The children ate heartily and I highly recommend this restaurant.

Service took ages, loads of dirty tables, loads of dirty glasses on the bar. There were 3 staff on the front and only 2 of them seemed to be doing any kind of service. Can see into the kitchen and saw the chef open a new bottle of sauce with his teeth then distribute into pots for customers.. not the best really! Was in the restaurant for approx 2 hours and this was down to alow service. Wouldn't recommend. Good job the company I had was entertaining!

Consistently eceptional chain restaurant. We have visited 3 times in as many months and each time the quality of food has been excellent and the friendly efficient service exceptional for a "chain" restaurant. Even on NYE when they were full, the staff could not have been happier or more willing to please and accommodate people, and the food, including my steak, was perfectly cooked.
