We called in last thing on a Friday to see if there is a ring cleaning service as we are getting married on Sunday. The lady who served us was incredibly helpful and organised my fiancée's engagement ring to be cleaned at short notice. It looks like new again and we can't thank you enough. Absolutely would recommend this shop.

My Daniel Wellington watch had to be returned to Sweden for repairs. Unfortunately the parcel went missing and the store could not have been more helpful. They eventually received my original watch back and offered me a replacement watch of my choosing. I cannot express how helpful and understanding the staff were. I have nothing but praise for their professional approach and would definitely shop with them again. Well done Fraser Hart Manchester

I have shopped at Fraser Hart for over 5 years and in that time I ONLY received the best customer service and OUTSTANDING customer experience. I believe they were the best jewellers on the UK high street. But unfortunately last year the unbelievable asset to the company Alex had left the business and after that customer service dropped and I have stopped shopping at Fraser Hart as a result, this is a big let down for the company as I will no longer shop here and will have to find a new retail watch shop experience.
