The room was nice, nothing negative to say about that, check in and out was good staff were great with that being said however the conduct of one particular staff member made my holiday a very negative experience by sharing my comings and goings with a third party, coming to talk to me in the car park asking questions about my personal life and passing on that information to an outside party. Very disgusting. Complaint was made however I was told due to their privacy policy they are unable to share the outcome of that complaint.

Only been here for 1 night of our 4 night stay...but HAPPY AS.... we have a SUPERB OUTLOOK from our 1 Bedroom Apartment.. Along with the great on site Pool the Beach is right on our doorstep... The Boat Harbour Marina, where most of the cruises etc. head out from, is just a little hop step & jump from here, along with a brilliant Boat Club ( which has a variety of "WHAT TO DO CHOICES" on offer.... Cafe...Restaurant..TAB...Pokies...Function Conference Rooms etc) as well as there being a few other Cafe's & Restaurants dotted around the Marina...so much ..so close.. Apartment a little Tired & Worn....some updating on the cards I'm thinking.. but it has EVERYTHING we need...is CLEAN & COMFORTABLE. Staff are LOVERLY AS too.

We clearly paid for the view. Check-in was easy and security is excellent but the apartment was a let down. There are no lifts at this resort so if you are in anyway less than fit either book a ground floor unit or book elsewhere. On entry the unit appeared quite clean until I went to open the windows (the sills were filthy). The shower curtain was mouldy and the diverter mixer when switched from bath to shower it leaked. We had the benefit of a roof terrace........which was accessed by a very narrow and steep spiral staircase, once up there the furniture was extremely weathered and in very poor condition. The positives.........the amenities are excellent. We only used one of the two pools but they were both beautiful. The harbour area was gorgeous and a stroll on the promenade was excellent. It's a beautiful walk either on the beach or the walking path to the Urangan Pier and the market was really good with great coffee. Overall I think it was over priced BUT I would love to own an apartment in the complex.

Clean, great location.3 bedroom. The roof top is a huge area. Great for 2 couples and 2 kids. Pool's are clean and safe. Walking distance to restaurants and sports club. Cinema is above the club for teens. Room 120, yes the ensuite shower door needs replacing but not a big deal if you check your own.
