Good for long lasting jewellery but expensive

Fab quality jewellery, amazing prices, lots of choice , brilliant sales all through the year , helpful friendly staff both in Manchester and Leeds of the areas stores I have visited, brilliant for presents and gifts to friends and family and for yourself. Always reccomemt this place and this store. Thank you for your brilliant products, prices and sales . Jewellery doesn't tend to come in boxes they are a few pounds extra not too much and never breaks the bank act.

Extremely friendly staff good prices

Had an excellent experience here yesterday. A stone had fallen out of my bracelet, which was a gift so no purchase paperwork. However, the assistant didn't hesitate to offer me a replacement. No quibbles, no questions. Sorry didn't get her name, but we'll done on the customer service.

Tried going in yesterday with my friend to get a replacement ring for her and it was so confusing as the shop itself seamed to be opened but yet there was a red ribbon in the middle of the door like there was not allowing people in with a note on the outside of one size of the glass which said (grand opening) the fact that the shutters were fully up it made it seem that the shop was opened however they could have just put the shutters half way up and put up the notice of the opening on the shutters itself so that people would actually know that they are not selling anything

Big ginger haired girl on the till must of been having a bad day. Rude and obnoxious. I walked out after 2 mins. Never been treated like that in a warren james store
