After having bad experiences at other jewellers I nearly gave up trying to purchase the Rolex I have always wanted. However I must say Martina at your Manchester store was extremely helpful and professional and she is an absolute asset to your company! Very bad customer service for what pay. It's nice to buy expensive watches but we do expect the best customer service with it. We just had the worst experience we can expect from a big brand like Cartier. Disgusting and Shocking

I signified my interest in purchasing a watch with him having bought a Cartier for my partner previously, which was also a great experience. The whole team at M&W Manchester are fantastic, making one feel welcome and comfortable every time you visit. In particular Andrew, his knowledge and customer service goes above and beyond what you would expect.
