My son surprised me with a beautiful Diamond and Ruby ring for my special birthday from Hancocks. The ring is stunning and my son received excellent service and advice from the staff. The staff took there time in guiding him to the perfect ring and took his requests into consideration to make the gift extra special. The presentation of the ring on the day was fabulous.
