I have been training at this gym for 18 months now and the staff at this gym are one of a kind. Andrew in particular has impeccable customer service, he always ensures to keep the gym clean and tidy and always greets me with a wonderful smile on his face. The facilities and staff at this gym always ensure I get the best possible workout in.

When you go to join it's instanoues but when you want to leave like you are caught in some Web- ridiculously unprofessional. Well! I get it, it's only business but not at cost of poverty stricken individual. Over 2 months back I visited asking to cancel, I was almost scared into suspending my account. Ever since I have been visiting and made to delay the process. Finally I visit in tears, cancellation is done but I am to be charged still. Can you not get, I can't afford THATS why I am quitting. But it is only business for you.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this gym. The "automatic" direct debit NEVER works, despite me always having the funds available. And when I try to pay online, it does not accept my card. I have no idea why. This wouldn't be such a huge deal if I were able to contact the gym and sort it out, before I cop a $20 late fee. However, your customer service is not exactly the greatest. I call again and again and no one answers the phone. Not entirely sure how I am supposed to pay my membership and avoid these late fees if you will not take my money and you will not answer your phone. I managed to talk to someone at the reception (finally) and they told me that I have to pay within a 24hr period or they cannot wave the late fee. So, because YOUR system wouldn't take my money and because YOUR staff don't answer the phone, I have to pay $46 in fees. I copped over $90 the previous week due to the same issue. I paid this because I assumed it was my own fault. But after making sure the money was there this week, the same thing has happened again. I am beyond frustrated at this point.
