The Pullman Reef Casino Is always a nice place to when in Cairns. The renovated suites are lovely and it is good to see things are getting busy in FNQ. Staff here always makes you feel welcomed and looked after. Thank you also to the Concierge Matthew who gave us lots of information on what to do and what not. We certainly recommend the Reef Casino.

We had a lovely stay here recently. The doors are not soft shutting so it's a bit noisy on occasion as the doors slam quite hard. The Pillow menu selection was a nice touch, lovely spa bath and. limited but yummy in-room dining options. Matt, the concierge was a stand out, extremely personable & attentive. Nothing was too much. He helped us organise last minute transportation to Port Douglas. Which was comfortable and punctual. The staff went out of their way to make us feel special in every interaction. Matt though, is the Star of the show, whatever pullman are doing to keep him, they should do more - what an asset to any hotel!! Reason we'll consider pullman in future.

This place was good but not great. It is a fantastic location is staying in Cairns City and you can walk most places to eat and be entertained. The rooms were a little old and the TV wasn’t smart enough for even Netflix. The staff were super friendly and helpful and gave us all the assistance we needed for our stay. The beds were comfortable. The rooms were clean. Don’t plan on sleeping in. We were up with the sun as the shutters may as well not even be there. We stayed in a superior double king room.
