Casual visit to use the gym. The gym doesn’t have a power rack/squat rack which was a bit of a bummer otherwise there was still enough dumbbells (up to 35kgs), weight plates & machines to get in an ok strength workout. Treadmill was on the smaller end, almost walker-like so the weight capacity is something to be mindful of if you plan on running on the tread. Facilities were clean, staff were friendly & the availability of the pool for a dip or laps as well as the cafe onsite were all an added bonus.

Just dropped into this place for a coffee after seeing the sign out on the street. Very modern, and if you are after a nice gym with a beautiful clean pool, then you should come and visit this place. For me, I was just after a coffee and a rest after a short walk in the neighbourhood. Coffee was nice, and hot. And there are some comfortable seats inside and alfresco, but shaded.
