Great atmosphere and ample space. Love the women's only section. Lots of space in the locker room, great showers and really appreciate that hair dryers and straighteners are supplied. Often the staffs dogs are in lounging about which creates a really chill and relaxing environment. Bicycle parking right out front which was a huge draw for me as a commuter cyclist. Prices are very reasonable and getting a program done up by a PT was well worth the cost. She was absolutely lovely and really helped find the best fit for exercises that not only meet your goals but that your body is ready for. Deffo recommend

My goodness what a gym, so accommodating! Family friendly making it super easy to keep up the fitness goals while on our break away from Melbourne. A great vibe and totally worth visiting should you need to maintain weights while holidaying. The biggest thanks.
