Great gym! Such a welcoming group of people catering to all fitness levels. Always leave with a smile on my face, as well as the perfect level of exhaustion each time! Would definitely recommend for both girls and guys :)

I love Thrive Fitness!! I joined almost 12 months the ago and haven't looked back. Great range of classes in the gym and pilates. Trainers are fantastic. So thorough and full of knowledge. I love starting my day at 5.20am with Tracey Lee. She is so amazing. Highly recommended.

Katie and the team at Thrive have created the most welcoming and safe space. The Trainers are highly skilled and guide you appropriately. The timetable offers a vast array of choices to suit your needs/wants on each day, along with access to a sauna and information evenings with guest speakers throughout the year. I cannot recommend Thrive highly enough :)

I start at thrive over 1 year and a half ago and have never looked back. I was scared to join at the start with little to no confidence but have never felt so comfortable in a gym space. All the trainers are super welcoming and only want the best outcome for yourself and everyone around you. I couldn’t recommend enough

I absolutely love the Mat Pilates and Reformer Pilates classes. Jess is incredible and always provides alternate options to cater for all abilities. All the trainers are so supportive and genuine. Nothing beats ending a session with 30 minutes in the sauna!
