Snap Fitness 24/7 Winnellie – Darwin

Joined and went for a late night gym session card didn't work... At any locations... Went in today to talk to staff and no one is at the counter (their site says they should be) pretty disgusted at the lack of customer service. Will be cancelling my subscription and moving to ifitness. Thanks for wasting my time and fuel snap... This response from snap is about as bad as the customer service. Everything I have said happened and is fact. You can check the footage of me at you're Yarrawonga gym unable to get in then at 11pm at you're winelle gym also unable to get in I also did a Facebook post stating this to my friends at the time. Calling me a keyboard warrior in a public setting as a business is slander calling me a lier when I'm not is also slander. So I will oblige by being a keyboard warrior and contacting the workplace ombudsman and you're corporate office to make a formal complaint.

Brand new equipment, exceptional staff and very clean facility. Particular outstanding overall performance by Shane, by far the best gym introduction I received in 2 years non stop travelling around Australia. Very competent and a good-vibe spreader, keep up the good work man you're a legend 👍

Could not be more happier to see fully renovated gym ; amazing space; brand new equipments; amazing facilities along side a friendly staff members. Club manager Kimberly was super amazing and had a warm welcoming attitude. One of the best gyms I have ever been in DARWIN.

There was no mention in their contract needing to be Jabbed or masked while attending that gym, but they pulled that on me trying to go about a gym session, prove to me the virus exists or the masks/"vaccines" are effective I will rectify my review. Now everyone knows its nonsense and I'm getting harrased for money after prematurely cancelling my membership for snap fitnesses violation of contract.
