The owner and staff were really friendly and very helpful. To be fair, I only needed to pop in to get some face paint. They did seem really lovely though, Think perhaps making more effort after the other reviews, but I would definitely go back. Way way cheaper than the one in the arndale too.

I went in around a month ago for a costume. The staff ignored me when I asked for help more than once and stood talking between themselves. I've had a few outfits from there and had problems before with getting judgemental looks and sneers from the staff. The guy who owns the shop however is great, he is helpful and friendly and has brilliant customer service. If I was him I'd change who I hired. After being ignored for an hour I left the shop and got my costume elsewhere. I now shop at luvyababes, where staff are friendly, and helpful and the prices are more reasonable.
