I was served by Sakeena, I just popped in for a face mask wasn’t really sure about what I was looking for, so she came to my rescue and helped me find the perfect one. It was honestly some of the best customer service I’ve ever had in my life, she literally give me five star treatment what more could a girl ask for. Great chat, full of useful information, had the best recommendations for my skin type and an amazing personality to top it all off.

Staff here are absolutely amazing! So helpful. Knew about all products for sensitive skin. When I mentioned that I'd been looking for a slight tan for pale skin, they know the exact product. Would definitely recommend!

Staff are always amazing in Lush no matter which one you go in. Prices are a little high but worth it. Always good when they let the kids get involved. Great for gifts too.

It doesn't matter which Lush shop you go to all staff are great and really friendly and helpful. The bath bombs are amazing. Staff are really knowledgeable on products.

Lush is one of my favourite shops. Not just because i love their products, but also because their staff are so welcoming, chatty and helpful. They can answer nearly any question about any product and will demonstrate products no problem to help you make a decision.

I absolutely love Lush but the staff were overly pushy in this store. The sales assistant was lovely but had obviously been told to carry people's baskets for them and put things in it which made me feel quite anxious. I repeatedly said I was happy to have a look around myself but she still followed me around until I asked if I could carry my own basket. Massive Lush fan, but not keen on the sales approach in this branch.

The smell of the shop is just gorgeous but could cause s headache if in there for any extended length of time 🤣 I love lush, the bath bombs are just amazing. Shop assistant very informative and helped me find my products in less than a minute. Offered recommendations too which was nice.

Always love lush every time I go, staff are always so friendly and helpful. Today we went and were given a grand tour, I didn't get their name but they had short blonde hair, glasses and a beard. Impeccable knowledge and amazing service, especially considering it was late on and probably had a long day. My boyfriend even got his first bath bomb! Spending half an hour in lush always alleviates a bit of stress for me, definitely a self care experience in itself ❤

Love the place, always have. But it's so crowded! Hard to even turn around without being face to face with another person. Even without all of the covid stuff happening it's ridiculous. They should limit the number of people allowed in store.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Was greeted by a trainee called Meg, who was very friendly to me and my baby son. She could not have been more helpful in helping us decide which products to buy and was very knowledgeable. Thanks guys
