M&S Manchester is one of the best you can go to. Everything is set out in an orderly fashion and is easy access. The staff are friendly to the customer and are very professional and knowledgeable about all the products. It is always a pleasure to shop there

I love the shop. As pretty much everyone agrees,the food is a bit pricey but brilliant quality, their ready meals are second to none. This branch has a full range. The clothes are great quality as well.

Very good. But lack of stock very disappointing. I went to get a pair of trousers and they only had 2 pairs of short and no regular ones. Not up to expected standard.

Huge store and as you'd expect a massive amount of quality products. Cant argue with M&S you know what you're getting and very rarely are disappointed. Lovely clean and tidy store plenty to look at and purchase. Definitely worth a visit.

A great M and S store in a great location. Close the main shopping area and numerous bars and restaurants to suit all taste. Lots of beautiful historic buildings including the world's first public library. This shop has a fantastic food hall with a brilliant range of wine. The cafe is superb.

my go to place....

We mostly shop at their basement food hall, which is what you expect from M&S - excellent. (The fruit section has got rather dull recently.) Also, it's the only place I know where you can buy normal men's boxers. Trousers are not bad either. Two spacious lifts - easy wheelchair access. Nice store overall.

It's hit & miss, everytime I go in they never have my size. I ask the staff to help me find it & always get told if it's not on shop floor, they don't have it. There is no customer service in helping you find it. They have beginners on the till with no floor manager, they didn't even know the number to call one. Took 45mins to get my problem resolved. At one point management changed there mind on what they were going to do for me. I was told I'd be escorted out, I had to bite my tongue really hard & pray for my refund. It's disgusting I'll choose another store for sure.

I just wanted a simple gf sandwich and that's what I got. Usually gf means it's full of fancy Ingredients. Best egg n cress sarni I've had in ages

Marks and Spencer used to make their customers their priority by giving a good friendly and respectable service with smiles on their faces. Now you be lucky if you can catch their eyes and unfriendly faces.
