Informative, friendly staff that are always willing to help, but some items much cheaper online.

The staff at this store are extremely rude. I had never been to Ann summers before but I've previously called the Oldham store who were polite & helpful. I called Market Street, after a good 3 minutes waiting for the lady to find an item for me, she came back and put the phone down! I then came into store the same day and found the item myself, when purchasing the lingerie one of the ladies behind the till stared at me with a dirty look for the whole time I was making a payment? Whilst the other who served me was quite polite but not very helpful. Won't be returning here again and I think the staff need customer service training :/

Tia deserves a huge raise, double holidays, a 60% stake in the business and is the only option for employee of the month, amazing customer service always a pleasure

So many Panties, So little time

If I could give zero stars I would. An older lady working in the lower floor section (toys etc) was SO rude I walked out immediately after. Never been to an Anne Summers and I most certainly will never set foot in one again!
