I have tried dealing with different Estate Agents over the past 5 years in the UK, and Reeds Rains is the best with dealing with customers as tenants or landlords. If you are lucky enough to be with Joe Taylor as your property manager as me, you will understand the difference. He is a lovely guy, understanding, great listener to my issues and he comes back to me always when he promise to do. He transfer my requests clearly to the landlord with no hesitations. I just feel that everything is direct and no hidden clues while dealing with this agency. From my experience with agencies, it depends on who you are dealing with! One thing I still wish that Reeds Rains should offer to their tenants is an emergency phone number during weekends. Sometime its hard to know what should you do when your heating system goes down or other issues and you have to wait until the working days. This feature is crucial for families and could help with customers' satisfaction.

I have been availing of the services of Reeds Rains to rent out my flat, for the last 6 or so years and I can honestly say that Joe and the team have made the whole process incredibly easy and hassle free. Joe will keep in touch, with updates when necessary and will resolve any issues, if I am not available. Have been renting in Manchester for several years now, and out of all the estate agents I’ve used they’ve been the most helpful. Incredibly tentative when finding flats suitable for my new puppy, and making sure that it was just right for us. Were always on the end of the phone when we needed them, and despite a few problems on our end regarding references they were patient and always there to help. 5 stars really isn’t enough! Massive shout out to Ryan Wood for helping us and for the love he showed our little puppy!

Reeds Rains have been managing my flat in Manchester since 2012, highly professional service and good value for money! Hat off to my property manager Mr. Ryan Wood, approachable and always putting himself in the shoes of the landlord and tenants, he is a true star in problem-solving!

We’ve rented through Reeds Rains for 2 years now. Same property that we’ve always taken care of. However trying to get in touch with them and their property managers is pointless. We’ve had to fix multiple issues with the property during our two year stay here simply because the poor manning of phones and ignoring of email enquiries. It’s a different story when they need to get in touch with yourself though, they expect you to drop everything for them. This is an agency that has no regard at all for renters, perfect for Landlords who feel the same. When we don’t sign on for another term, I hope they’re honest with the landlady that it’s their blasé attitude towards providing renters with the basics of proper living that’s made our decision.
