I have been going to Paul for massage and circuit training for the last 12 months and can definitely recommend all of the services at Range of Motion.
After developing some painful niggles and tightness from trail running, I signed up to the twice-weekly, 45 min circuit training last year to develop my strength, core and overall fitness. The sessions with Paul over this time have been an excellent complementary exercise session to my running and helped prevent those little running injuries that can turn into major issues over time!
I would recommend Range of Motion for anyone wanting to extend their strength and fitness, as well as for anyone thinking about starting out with their fitness journey, but not sure of the best place to start.
The yoga classes run by Gabi are also very popular!
