Jody and the team go above and beyond with Blue Lagoon. We have been coming to this beautiful place for such a long time it’s been more than 20 years. Perfect place to getaway and relax and switch off and not worry about anything. My mother was diagnosed with cancer and sadly passed away nearly three years ago and Jody rang up and left mum a beautiful voicemail message to wish us a happy Christmas and New Years and sadly I had to break the news to Jody and the team that she passed away and I can’t thank Jody enough for looking after my mother all these wonderful years. The place is always in perfect condition and the hot spa is perfect. Jody as mum would always say Thank You for a wonderful weekend. (Venus Kalogjera) see you on the June long weekend xxx

The team of girls who answer the resorts phones are exceptional and very helpful (the best in customer service I have experienced in a long time). Had issues with our booking and went out the way to help and accommodate us in one of our lowest time of our lives. And what they call a Studio Cabin they allocated to us was right on the beach and the noise of the waves crashing on the beach was the best to fall asleep and wake up too.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom cabin. It was very poky and I felt Claustrophobic - especially where my kids slept it was a size of a closet! First night the main living area was infested with cockroaches I was up swatting them as I was afraid they we’re going to crawl over me at night while I slept. I tried to call the after hours number to change rooms but there is no reception/wifi. After I told reception they were very accommodating and sent workers to spray the room. The room in general was very run down and needs a good renovation for the price you pay. The location is amazing and so was the facilities they provided for the kids. I cannot fault that. I wished the cafe was open past 2pm but they said they were short staffed. Overall I would stay here again but not in the 2 bedroom cabin as a family of 5.

Lovely service. Great for kids (half court basketball, outdoor ping pong, daily kids activities, play equipment). Friendly atmosphere, kids can ride scooters or bike around the park with no fear. Great heated spa complex with adjacent pool. Right next to the beach

While it was unfortunately raining most of the time we were there. We had come here in the past (about 10 years ago) and it was great. The last time we went we had cockroaches constantly. The heated pool was barely warm (which was nice...) But it was way hotter last time. The beach access is stil great though the beach is dirty as. The pricing is affordable. It's not too far from the entrance itself. The cabins (some have been renovated) so the exterior is great.
