I booked for a series of 6 sessions in the infrared sauna dome which I took over the course of February. I was always met with a smiling and relaxed Charne Van Vollenstee who always put me at ease. The experience was so odd as your head remains peaking out of the dome and you can feel your heart racing while your body sweats and detoxifys all while laying down! It was very relaxing and always allowed me to just lay down and recharge mentally which was very much needed during a stressful time in my life. I couldn't recommend it enough or any of her services which are always delivered with the best care and experience. Definately 5 *.
