Therapyinc – Norwich

My sister Rosemary and I had the absolute pleasure of having a fusion massage melt massage, Rosemary had Danielle and I had Sam. We both came out and said to each other instantaneously that it really was the best massage we ever had. We have had massages in lots of famous spas but this was sheer bliss and took us to another level! We were met with such enthusiasm and friendliness which made us both feel so much at ease. Rosemary wishes she lived here (lives in Ireland) but I am the lucky one, who lives only a mere 17 miles away and I cant wait to go back. Thank you Sam and Danielle for a magical afternoon. xxx

Fabulous customer service that help me enormously when trying to book a surprise treatment for my daughter’s birthday. Sam clearly cares about her clientele and that came through in the conversations I had with her leading up to me making the booking. Friendly, amusing and a very good masseuse as far as my daughter is concerned. Thoroughly recommended in all aspects.

My 'educational facial' at Therapyinc in Norwich was sublime, I learned a lot about my skin and what to do going forward to care for it, never was I pushed into purchasing skin care products. I was treated like a queen and have never felt so relaxed! I will definitely be going back for another facial and I would 100% recommend this establishment to anyone wanting to relax, learn about how to take care of their skin or just want to be pampered! Best massage & facial I’ve ever had! Sam is incredibly knowledgeable, highly skilled & passionate about providing an incredible service. She fit me in on a Sunday morning despite my last minute appointment request which I really appreciated. She asked me about my massage preferences in advance so that she could tailor the treatment to what I liked and recommended the best option at the same time. The facial was very relaxing & thorough: she pays attention to the little details like not letting product/water drip down the sides of your head/neck. She gave me samples to try after the treatment without pushing for me to buy any from her! It’s a real shame that I don’t live locally but will definitely be booking in with Sam in advance for my next visit to Norwich. Thank you so much Sam - truly great experience!

Due to get married soon and my fiancee booked a facial for me with Sam. As a 39 year old guy I had never contemplated having a facial before (I just put moisturiser on to stop dry skin) so I didn't really know what to expect. After 90 minutes of treatment with all sorts of products I was blown away by how great my skin looked and felt. It was such a relaxing experience I think I even fell asleep twice!!! I would highly recommend having a facial with Sam. She has expert knowledge, is highly skilled and gave great advice.
