This gym is affordable and has plenty of equipment, as well as a dedicated women's area. Additionally there is plenty of parking and it didn't seem too busy/crammed inside. However, I was disappointed with the quality of the equipment, it doesn't seem well kept. Some weights/machines don't have the weight written on them, just a scale of 1-10. Some equipment is rusting and out of shape too. Furthermore, there didn't seem to be any enforcement of covid safety measures, which appeared to be optional.

A great gym with lots of equipment. Very very helpful owner and staff who are always there to give advice. There is a ladies only area which is brilliant. Newcomers like myself and of course gym pros would benefit greatly from training here. This is the gym where you can achieve your goals.
