The swimming experience was perfect, no complaints there, however everyone was told to leave the pool 10 minutes early. Then, as I was leaving the changing rooms, I heard members of staff being negative and finally the vending machine took my money, and the staff did nothing. I do recommend the pool (if the lifeguard is there), but do avoid the vending machines. EDIT: Also, I saw a naked child. Plus, the lifeguard kept leaving randomly for around 15 minutes which is not safe and I could’ve drowned

I paid for my wife's annual pass and twice now she has returned home after having an unpleasant experience with a member of staff. Clearly some of your staff need to think very carefully how they speak to their customers. This is not the only review online of staff being unpleasant. I look forward to my wife speaking to the Manager in the morning, get your customer service sorted!
