Very small room with no window and no air circulation, certainly not an ideal place for any kind of therapist. Located on the third floor where you can only walk up there, so by the time you walked to the room and settled down, 5 mins out of 30 mins was wasted. Came here for a psyhsio/massage treatment, no assessment but simply treated with a massage gun, which you can easily use the treatment fee to buy the massage gun online. Ended up going to another psyhsio where I received a thorough assessment and told me what was the issue and gave me some exercises to take home and for my weak part stronger. This was my first time coming to the total health but unfortunately won't be returning.

Used to be in a very nice place in the city centre, with nice rooms and waiting reception. Recent move unfortunately looks to be a bad move. Is inside some of the oldest and depressive office places in the city, a small tiny hot room, alongside offices and labs from companies like BAE. No reception, as you must wait at the building lobby and no communication exists. The security sends a mail and if you're lucky someone will collect you. Had already a bad experience and I'm not sure i will visit total health again. I prefer to be in a nice environment rather a tiny hole alongside random engineers and lab techs. This is not a clinic any more by any means. Looks like a cost cutting exercise, which will result in losing clients in my opinion.
