University Arms Hotel, Autograph Collection – Cambridge

Lovely! Felt like coming to a new home! I stayed for two nights in one of the ‘Cozy rooms’ it had plenty of space, lovely decor, they’ve obviously put a lot of thought into the detail of the design, so everything is thought through and such nice touches, it was just so lovely to see. The bathroom was spacious too. And I love marble and gold everywhere! It’s actually given me some design inspiration of my future home. Staff were all brilliant, calm, helpful, respectful and friendly. Definitely staying here again in future. Thanks for a lovely stay!

My husband and I had a lovely stay here a couple of nights ago. The hotel is beautifully clean and decorated throughout, the staff are very helpful and polite and the breakfast was delicious. We requested a room with a bath on arrival and they sorted this for us, unfortunately there was a dripping shower in the room which was not easily repaired, so they promptly moved us to another room (with the all important bath)! If you are looking for a touch of luxury in Cambridge - this is it.

The University Arms might be one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever been to. Couldn’t recommend enough. Fresh clean smell throughout the building; the soaps and shampoo in the bathroom are deliciously fragrant; each member of the staff was friendly and attentive/responsive; and my room was clean, spacious, plus balcony topped it off. I’ll be back!

My experience of UA Hotel is superb, I have stayed here 4 times in 12 months and it has always been consistently good. Location is second to none, rooms spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. Without doubt Parker’s Tavern serves the best Espresso Martini I have ever had and I’ve had a few in my time!

Loved our brief stay here. The room and bathroom were both excellent and breakfast was befitting of a fine 5 star hotel. Bit of a faff buying an umbrella on departure but easily forgiven as there was a particularly entitled Bonvoy titanium member causing a faff that probably distracted the desk team.
