Holiday Inn Gloucester – Cheltenham, an IHG Hotel – Gloucester

Had 2 rooms both different. No fridge, no slippers and only 1 robe in mine. Had to get milk n coffee. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Lovely bed though

Tiny room, air con that doesn't cool the room, was given a fan, didn't help. Tiny bathroom, poor shower. Lots of children and noisy guests. Staff were helpful. No crisps or nuts at the bar. Breakfast was reasonable, freshly poached eggs. Great staff in the restaurant.

Our room was in need of refreshment with no USB socket a must for today's lifestyle. Public areas well maintained. Breakfast to usual standards. Price was good which makes up for the not so good. Easy to find not far from the motorway.

Group booking. So well looked after from the minute we arrived. Check in fast and efficient. Rooms lovely and clean everyone slept well. 3 course dinner piping hot and everyone left with full tummies and satisfied

The bar and restaurant area is very modern and comfortable. Staff very friendly, quality of food both for evening meal and breakfast is good. The only negative is the quality of the rooms, they definitely need updating, however that said, still had a great and comfortable stay.
