Stayed one night at Bowden Hall for a birthday celebration and to have a first night break from our new baby. Upon arriving to the room there was champagne on the table and rose petals on the bed. A lovely touch. The room was beautiful and spacious. We had a lovely afternoon tea in one of the pods, followed by dinner which was delicious. There was a wedding going on who were quite loud but it was a restful night away from the little one which was greatly needed. Would recommend staying.

A lovely hotel, in a rural setting. Stylish modern decoration throughout, excellent dinner and breakfast and the option for private dining in pods in the grounds. The rooms were clean but showed a bit of wear and tear here and there. The staff were all excellent without exception, warm, friendly and super helpful. A lovely stay!

I visited this hotel to attend a Diamond Wedding Anniversary Lunch. From the moment of arrival to when we left we had a lovely experience. The staff were friendly and helpful and the meal was absolutely delicious. Good size car park and the toilets were very clean.

Nice grounds and building. Review is based on the service of the bar staff at a recent function. Team had little or no manners, smiling was not part of the job description and we lost count of how many part filled glasses were collected when people were up dancing.
