Awful, just awful. I would be surprised if the "massage therapists" in this establishment have any qualifications. A deep tissue massage was actually done with a tissue. The therapist thought that is what it meant. I would steer clear at all costs.

Stumbled across this place. So glad I did. Deep tissue massage for an hour on my back and shoulders. Fantastic. I’d certainly be a regular if I lived back in Southend. Highly recommended

I just called up to ask the manager a question about a massage and a woman put the phone down on me.

I just called up to ask the manager a question about a massage and a woman put the phone down on me. Very rude staff. I would not even bother or waste your time on this place - clearly they do not take an interest in their customers!!!!!
