Stayed here overnight as a spa package. Check in is at 2pm but I did show up at 1.10pm and the receptionist just told me they didn't check in until 2pm and to come back. The resort isn't exactly near anywhere that I could have waited in so this did come across as a bit rude. Luckily they had a cafe that I could sit in, but I had to ask about that rather than her telling me. After that everything was fine and the hotel is beautiful. The ladies at the spa were all lovely and friendly and the treatments were excellent. Food was great and the waitresses were very friendly and helpful. Was a very relaxing overnight stay and would definitely come back again.
