A lot of space, even on a busy day you will always find your corner to do your training. You can book appointment with personal trainer every 6 weeks on 12 months contract. Clean and well managed. Best one I have been so far. Worth every penny :)

Been a member for around a month. Prior to RHC I was a member of a large national chain. I always thought the one I was at was pretty good - sure there was never quite enough cardio equipment at peak times and you couldnā€™t always do a planned workout due to a shortage of equipment - but this is just how gyms are, right? Right? Wrong. Rochester health club has everything. Many times over. And they keep getting more. And more. And more. Everything is clean, well maintained and thereā€™s excellent variety. Prefer free weights - tonnes (literally) of free weights and benches and the like. Machines - loads of those too. Cardio - youā€™ll have a heart attack before using them all. Seriously - wow. And free PT every 6-8 weeks. And not the hard sell ā€œfree but upgradeā€ for the real deal. In fact I donā€™t even know if I can upgrade (I made it clear I like to train alone, so they probably used common sense to avoid rejection - but thatā€™s frankly refreshing!). My only 1 criticism- the music is a bit loud. Either turn it down a notch or two, as the old man would say, or play some real workout music šŸ¤˜šŸŽøšŸ¤˜
