Not normally ones to complain, but very disappointed. Cold indoor pool, indoor jacuzzi not working, showers need a good scrub. Definitely not worth £20 each. Would have cleaner facilities at your local leisure centre.

Went with the other half for my birthday! Was lush! The facial we had was soooo relaxing and I really enjoyed it The breakfast was really nice - a buffet style breakfast. The views outside the hotel were lovely ! It's next to the crossover ferry which was nice to watch. Would go back 100%

Probably should keep this to myself but in doing my good deed for the day, I wanted to let you know about the yoga classes at the Haven Spa. I have been twice now and am totally hooked. Its a great way to unwind and steal an hour a week to indulge yourself in some really relaxing yoga. Perrrrfect
