Committed to making the customer happy. A previous employee replaced a failed controller with one that required the installation of a temp sensor. Because we were not living at this place full time it took until we moved in to discover the steam generator would continuously pump steam into the room until it became unbearable due to the lacking of a temp sensor. It was probably a year after the original replacement when I realized this issue reached out to Steam Sauna. Between the efforts of Steve and Jeff, they were able to correct the issue and get me up and running. Great team, and easy communication.

Great Service. The company that I bought the unit from Saunacore was not willing to send anyone out to service the unit because they don't do service calls. STEAM SAUNA sent out William they tech who was GREAT and solved the problem. Thank you for your prompt service and professionalism. I should have looked you up before a bought from the other company.
