Very welcoming staff. There is no on site restaurant but information was given of local places to fo to and location of nearest supermarket etc. There is a privately owned cafe bar 500feet away. From the outside the hotel doesn't look like much but walk past the cafe bar and you can walk along the banks of the River Don, which is lovely

Never again with this company absolutely embarrassing, got to the place with my family, and there was no family room for us no mattifnit was booked with confirmation. Been transferred to this one at the airport, miles away from town with no choice at all. That's absolutely out of order.
