Malmaison Aberdeen – Aberdeen

Fantastic from start to finish! Being in hospitality also, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay being on the other side for a change. We had cocktails on the terrace, dinner and breakfast - all faultless! The Porterhouse Steak was outstanding and the Chef cooked each side to our liking and it was simply perfect! Service, rooms and quality all amazing. Very well done to Team Malmaison under extremely challenging restrictions in hospitality, we will be back again very soon!

This place is a great spot with much space. The service here is excellent however the timing of the next courses to come out took a while. I did not find the steak to be that special - ordered medium but came medium well which made it quite tough to eat. I will be back to try again for different foods.

Stayed in one of the suites for a few days last week. Overall the stay was really good. The service in the bar and at breakfast was great. The food was really tasty at breakfast and we ordered room service one night which came quickly and was really good. The only thing that let them down was the cleaning of the room. On the first day, our towels weren't replaced and toiled roll wasn't replenished. On the second day, we went out in the morning and by the time we came back in the afternoon the room hadn't been done. We phoned reception and they had someone come up to do it while we went to the bar for a drink. On this occasion, some of the used glasses weren't taken away even though we had left them all together for handiness. It felt as if it lacked attention which is a shame because everything else about the stay was great.

Excellent staff & service Food was Amazing. Stayed here again can't fault the hotel rooms food & hotel is really on top of covid great team work all round. We had a very small complaint and the duty managers was Excellent at helping. Definitely be back .

Hotel was in a great location. Room was lovely,bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were an absolute credit to the hotel. The service was first class. Would highly recommend this hotel.
