Lovely hotel, and the original features well displayed. Lovely rooms and very quiet despite being on the front. Very helpful staff. Tram stop right outside and a reasonable sized car park, but there is a daily charge. Big variety for breakfast. About a 10-15 minute walk to the tower along the prom. Would stay here again.

Staff were really nice and mostly helpful but my grandsons bed wasn't in room when they moved it in it covered half the only comfortable chair and blocked the wardrobe. I told them before I got there that I am disabled but I didn't ask for disabled room because it was only one night however they put me in just about the furthest room from the lobby and it is a big building we had a lovely view of walls. The shower was either very hot or cold but I had to use it because I would not have been able to get in and out of a bath. It was convenient for a tram. Breakfast was ok but queue for toast and queue for hot breakfast otherwise cereal and fruit.phone in room didn't work

Came for an evening meal. The menu was a set menu but there was a great choice catering for all tastes. The food was delicious and could not fault it. The staff were all excellent, very friendly and courteous. They are a credit to the hotel

The staff are amazing, room is fantastic and really has the wow factor. We are staying in one of the suites right now and myself and my family were so impressed when we opened the door. The little touches were amazing (bottle of wine and a personal message for at the start of our stay) Myself and my Daughter have said that we have always wanted to stay here and now we have, we will not be staying anywhere else. We had the breakfast and evening meal and all food was delicious. The staff try their hardest to make it a wonderful stay and they succeed in this. The staff are so friendly and remember who you are which adds another little touch. The only downside is I did not book for longer. This was my first holiday with my 2 year old Grandson and I would like to thank the Imperial Hotel and all the staff for making it the best it could be and I wouldn’t change a thing.
