AWFUL SERVICE. honestly dont waste your time or money. Booked in for treatment and the salon wasnt even open. No cancellation message sent out to me or another client (apparently this happens on a regular basis) having booked the morning off work and having my time and money wasted i was not best pleased. After numerous calls and a text i finally had a reply to be told i should have recieved a cancellation message. (even though i had recieved all other messages apart from this 'cancellation' message) what a joke. Still awaiting refund.
