DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Coventry – coventry

The hotel is in classic design, good sized King rooms. Nice bathroom. Decent size bathtub. There is also sleepers and bathrobes in the room. Coffee lover would appreciate the coffee machine. The breakfast is OK. And great public spaces too. Downside is that you do need a car to access this hotel. There are a lot business, stores and restaurants around the hotel however I found it daunting to walk across the highway. Bus service is not very convenient unless you know your way. Also someone may find the air-conditioning very noisy.

Stayed last week with my family and had a lovely time. Special mention of Alex at reception who was very helpful and prompt.Great asset to the reception. Generally a very friendly and efficient people with great service all-round. Highly recommended.

A great place to stay under the circumstances...the staff are brilliant. All covid compliant ,nothing gets overlooked ...it's my go to place in that area....I'll review again once fully opened ...bar and restaurant are all closed at the moment . Food and drink has to be ordered and consumed in your room . I always have a good night's sleep ...very good ... Big thanks to all the staff there ..they make me smile

The hotel is clean and service is consistent. However I have to say the lady on reception Beverly really makes the hotel exceptional. She is a credit to the hotel, I chose to stay here again just to experience her service and smile at the desk again.

Have stayed here a couple of times. Staff lovely. Very friendly and helpful. Needs a bit of refurbishment. Food good. People need to be reminded to wear masks by staff more often. Will stay again.
